Returns + refunds

We want you to love what you buy, but we know that sometimes things just don’t work out and we want to make it right. If you would like to make a return here is what you will need to know:

 LUXIC is bound by Australian Consumer Law and will process all returns and refunds in line with these laws.

Change of mind returns via post are at the customer's cost. We recommend keeping proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

On a rare occasion a manufacturing fault may occur. In this instance, we will process either an exchange or a full refund including postage charges once the faulty item has been returned to Luxic. The choice is yours!

 Items must be shipped to us within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received, be in an original condition and packaging and include original invoice.
